Before founding She Built It® and SBIMedia™, Melanie built her career working for organizations like the Los Angeles Dodgers, AT&T, Millennium Corporate Solutions, and Marriott Hotels bringing experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, and storytelling to every project we produce. She also serves on the national board of Step Up, supporting mentorship and career development for the next generation.
